How It Works

Schedule frequency: We recommend booking your sessions 1–3 times per week for steady progress.

Online booking access: Once you purchase your package, you’ll receive access to the online scheduling system within 2 business days.
Important Terms & Agreement
We do our best to provide a smooth, consistent therapy experience. To keep things running efficiently for all patients:

Final Sale: All therapy packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Scheduling Commitment: Therapy sessions and exams should normally can NOT be booked less than 24 hours in advance.

No Rescheduling: Once your therapy sessions are booked, the appointment is final and NOT reschedulable. We plan our therapists’ schedules around each patient, so we are unable to reschedule or swap session times.

Attendance Matters: Consistent attendance is key to achieving the best possible results.

What is Vision Therapy?
Vision Therapy sessions are 45-minutes and one-on-one with a Vision Therapist that utilizes specialized equipment that gives your visual system biofeedback when it makes a spatial or visual processing error.
