Visual Ergonomics to Reduce Screen Time Strain

Why Visual Ergonomics Are So Important? Just as it is important to have a chair and desk that provide an environment that promotes good posturing of the muscles and bones in our spine and shoulders, it is important to have an environment that promotes proper posturing of our eye alignment as well! Our eyes have an optimal posturing where they rest amongst the bones and muscles of our orbit/”eye socket”. If the brain guides them to have a good posture (just like our back muscles), then all of our more complex movements like tracking can be performed effortlessly and accurately.

What are Visual Ergonomics? Visual Ergonomics is the science of providing a space that provides the brain with visual cues and visual data that promote proper posturing of the eyes.
