About Vision and Learning
Frequently asked questions
Vision Therapy is a targeted therapeutic treatment that consists of 45 minute therapy session where a patient rotates through various pieces of equipment and exercises. Each exercises and piece of equipment is designed to present the brain with visual data and biofeedback so the brain is aware of when it makes a mistake calculating space. As it becomes aware of the miscalculations, it then is able to learn how to correctly process space.
Like other Vision Therapy practices, we don't take insurance but our Exam and Vision Therapy Prices are the LOWEST in the State of California and half of some clinics even though we have larger therapy rooms and more technology than any other clinic in the state! We are able to offer such low prices because we designed our clinics to solely specialize in Vision Therapy, Vision Rehabilitation, and Sports Vision Training. We are the only clinics in the State of California with a highly focused and specialized Vision Therapy program and have built efficient and advanced programs so we can pass on the savings to our patients. Our exam includes a complete report of all of your findings, explanations, and a super bill to submit to medical insurance and many patients get a reimbursement from their medical. Given that getting rid of and curing visual processing deficiencies helps with reading, headaches, test taking, memory, functioning in busy environments, and more, our patients find the cost is well worth the entire life improvement. 🥰
We don't accept insurance, but we do take FSA & HSA. Our patients often see life-changing improvements that save money on tutoring, reading specialists, and more. Vision therapy can enhance academic achievement and overall well-being, making it a valuable investment.

As Binocular Vision Dysfunction and deficiencies in visual processing skills are the single most common deficiency after a brain injury, we have a vast amount of experience not only diagnosing deficiencies.
We also rehabilitate the skills so our patients can return to living their life to the fullest instead of suffering for years to decades from deficiency that affects everything they do when their eyes are open.
Just Some Common symptoms we see from BVD caused by a concussion:
